Governance

The Governance of the project is managed by a Coordination Committee supported by the representatives of the three laboratories established by the project and overseen by a Scientific Committee composed of internationally renowned experts.

Coordination Committee

The Coordination Committee is responsible for managing the project's governance, it oversees the actions foreseen in the program and monitoring their progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Coordination Committee reports to the Executive Board and the Departmental Council.
