I tre ambiti coprono in modo complementare e sinergico i diversi livelli in cui la relazione persona-tecnologia influenza le caratteristiche chiave dei sistemi industriali, ovvero lo sviluppo della tecnologia e la sua adozione nei processi di trasformazione dei sistemi organizzativi e nella riconfigurazione dei sistemi di lavoro.

La linea si concentra sulla modalità di sviluppo delle tecnologie, così da garantire che siano incentrate sull’uomo già nelle fasi di ricerca e sviluppo.
